Mover and Packer
Anoka, MN
The core of every crew. Protecting homes, wrapping and padding furniture, packing boxes properly, and carrying a professional attitude into someone's house on one of the more stressful days of their year.
- Able to lift and maneuver heavy items safely as part of a team, all shift
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Respectful, presentable and calm around customers
- Moving, warehouse, delivery or finish trade experience is a plus, not a requirement
Crew Lead
Anoka, MN
Runs the job on site. Owns the walkthrough with the customer, the protection plan, the load plan and the paperwork, and keeps the crew moving without cutting corners.
- Prior residential moving experience and a track record of clean jobs
- Comfortable being the customer's main point of contact on the day
- Able to plan a load and sequence a crew, not just carry
- Clean driving record
Driver
Local and long distance
Gets the truck and the crew where they need to be, safely and on time. Local routes and longer runs both available depending on experience and licensing.
- Clean driving record and current DOT medical card where required
- CDL-A preferred for long distance work
- Box truck experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with customer facing delivery
Move Coordinator
Office, Anoka, MN
The voice customers hear. Reviews virtual walkthroughs, builds quotes, books the calendar and keeps every file moving from first call to final walkthrough.
- Strong phone presence and clear written communication
- Organized across many moving parts at once
- Customer service background, ideally in a service trade
- Comfortable learning estimating and dispatch software
