From first call to
last box, here is
exactly what happens.
No mystery process and no chasing us for answers. Four steps, and you know what is coming at every one of them.

1
Tell us about your move
Where you are moving from, where you are going, and roughly when. That is all we need to get started. Call us or fill out the estimate form, whichever is easier.
-
2
Show us what is moving
Two ways to do this. Book an in home walkthrough and we will come out and look at it with you, which is the most accurate. Or use the 5 minute virtual walkthrough, where your secure link arrives in seconds and you record your home on your own time. Both work.
Option A, most accurateIn home walkthrough
We schedule a visit, walk the home with you, look at the access at both ends and answer your questions face to face. The most accurate scope, and what we recommend for larger homes and heavy specialty items.
Book a visitOption B, fastest5 minute virtual walkthrough
We text or email you a secure link. You open it on your phone whenever it suits you and walk room to room showing us what is moving. Nobody is on the call with you and nobody comes to your home. Then we call you with the quote.

Get your quote
If you recorded a virtual walkthrough, a written quote is emailed to you in about 5 to 10 minutes, and it carries 10 percent off when you book from it, on local moves of 40 miles or less. If we came out in person, your coordinator prices it and calls you. Either way you get the number, what it includes, what could change it, and your options for packing and storage. Ask anything. Nothing is booked until you say so.

We handle move day
The crew arrives in the window we agreed on, protects both homes before touching a single item, and works through the plan. At the end we walk the truck with you, review the paperwork, and make sure the new place is set up the way you wanted.
- Crew arrives inside the agreed window
- Floor, doorway and railing protection goes down first
- Furniture pad wrapped before it leaves the room
- Boxes delivered to the room on the label
- Beds and furniture reassembled
- Final walkthrough of the truck with you before we go
A written quote in your inbox,
about ten minutes from now.
No sales visit, no afternoon off work, and nobody on the phone while you do it. Submit the request, your secure link arrives in seconds, you record your place whenever it suits you, and the priced quote comes back by email.

Your link arrives in seconds
Submit the request and your private walkthrough link is texted or emailed to you straight away. Nothing to download and nothing to install.

2
You record your walkthrough
Open the link on your phone whenever it suits you, day or night, and walk room to room showing us what is moving. About five minutes for most homes. Nobody is on the call with you.

Your quote is emailed in 5 to 10 minutes
As soon as you submit the video, our estimating system prices the move and emails you a written quote, usually inside ten minutes. Book from that email and take 10 percent off, on local moves of 40 miles or less. A coordinator is on hand if you would rather talk it through.
A short list that saves everybody time.
A few things that make the biggest difference to how the day runs, and to what it costs.
Finish your packing
If you are packing yourself, be done the night before. A half packed house is the number one reason a move runs longer than quoted.
Sort out parking
The closer the truck gets to the door, the less time every trip takes. Reserve the spot, hold the elevator, send us the gate code.
Set aside what rides with you
Cash, jewelry, prescriptions, passports, laptops and anything you will want within the first hour. Keep those with you, not on the truck.
Tell us about changes
A piano you forgot to mention or a storage unit you added changes the crew and the truck we send. Call us, we would much rather know.
Label by room, not by contents
We can only put a box where the label tells us to. Writing the destination room on the top and one side saves you hours of unpacking.
Plan for pets and kids
Move day is loud and the doors stay open. Having a plan for the animals and the little ones makes it safer for everyone.
