Closing dates slip, renovations run long, and sometimes the new place is not ready yet. We can store your things for up to 90 days as part of your move, then deliver them when the new place is ready.

We pick up at your old place and deliver to the new one on the date you choose.
Inventoried and labeled
Every item is listed and labeled when it goes in, and you get a copy of the list.
Access by appointment
Access is arranged through us, so someone who knows your inventory can pull what you need and keep the rest in order.
Not sure what can go in? Tell your coordinator what you want to store and for how long, and they will tell you what fits. We cannot store perishables, plants, hazardous materials, firearms, cash, jewelry or important papers. Your storage agreement has the full list.
When storage saves you the second move.
Gap between closings
You close on the sale before you close on the purchase. Everything loads once, waits, and lands in the new house on the day it becomes yours.
Staging a home for sale
Houses show better with less in them. Surplus furniture goes into storage before the photos and moves with you after closing.
Renovation or repair work
Empty the rooms the contractor needs, keep everything together and accounted for, and bring it back when the work is finished.
The new place is not ready
A lease that starts late or a build that runs over. Your things wait with us, up to 90 days, and arrive when the keys do.
Named on your paperwork.
Your estimate and your bill of lading name where your things are stored and what kind of place it is, so you always know where they are.
Before anything goes in, you sign a storage agreement. It lists the monthly rate, the handling charges and the valuation you choose, which sets what we pay if something is lost or damaged. Valuation is not insurance, so check your homeowner's or renter's policy as well.
Before the 90 days are up, we tell you in writing, and you choose delivery or picking your things up.
