Local and In‑State Moving
Apartments, condos, townhomes and houses anywhere in Minnesota.
This is the core of what we do. A crew arrives on time, lays down floor and doorway protection, pad wraps your furniture before it leaves the room, and sets everything back where you want it at the new place. Studio apartment or five bedroom house, the standard is the same.
What is included
- Floor runners, door jamb and railing protection at both addresses
- Furniture pad wrapped and upholstered pieces shrink wrapped, included
- Beds, tables and mirrors taken apart and put back together
- Boxes placed in the room written on the label
- Dollies, straps, tools and blankets come with the crew
Long Distance Moving
Long moves anywhere in Minnesota, from the metro to Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud or the lake country.
A long move is planned with you before the truck rolls. Our own crew wraps and loads your things, drives them across the state and sets them up at the new place, with the delivery window agreed in writing.
What is included

Packing, White Glove and Packout
From the whole house down to just the kitchen. You decide the scope.
Good packing is what gets your things there in one piece. Some customers want white glove service: we pack every item, load it and unpack it at the other end. Others want only the kitchen and the fragile things packed and do the rest themselves. Both are common, and we plan the work around what you want.
What is included
- Full white glove packout of the entire home
- Partial packing, such as the kitchen, fragile items and artwork
- Sturdy boxes, dish packs, paper, tape and wrap, brought by the crew
- Everything wrapped, boxed and labeled by room
- Unpacking and box removal at the new place, if you want it
Loading and Unloading Only
You have the truck, trailer or container. We supply the crew.
If you rented a truck or had a portable container dropped in the driveway, we will load it or unload it for you. How a truck gets loaded decides whether things arrive in one piece, so this is real work, not just lifting. Weight goes low and forward, fragiles go high and last, and everything gets strapped.

Storage Between Moves
We pick up, store for up to 90 days and deliver your belongings.
Closing dates rarely line up, renovations run long, and sometimes the new place is not ready yet. We can store your things for up to 90 days as part of your move, then deliver them when the new place is ready.
What is included
- Picked up at your old place and delivered to the new one when you are ready
- Every item listed and labeled when it goes in, and you get a copy of the list
- Kept at the storage location named on your estimate
- Access and delivery by appointment
Commercial and Office Moving

A business move is measured in downtime. We plan backwards from the hour your people need to be working again, which usually means evenings, weekends or a phased move floor by floor. Everything is labeled by room and desk so nobody spends Monday hunting for their monitor.

- Workstations and modular furniture taken down and reassembled
- Electronics and IT equipment packed and transported carefully
- Labeled by department, floor and desk for fast setup
Specialty and Heavy Items
Pianos, safes of every weight, hot tubs, grandfather clocks, art and other heavy or awkward items.
Some items need more than a dolly and good intentions. Our own crew moves pianos, safes of every weight, hot tubs, grandfather clocks and artwork, with the crew and equipment each one needs, planned before the day. A few items need a specialist with their own equipment: slate pool tables, large aquariums, concert grand pianos and anything that needs a crane or rigging. We tell you up front and refer you to one.

Senior and Downsizing Moves
A slower pace, a clear plan, and beds made before we leave.
Downsizing to a smaller home or a senior community involves more decisions than an ordinary move. We work at your pace, help sort what is going and what is not, and set up the new place so it is livable the same evening, not a room full of boxes.
What is included
- The new floor plan worked out before move day
- Sorting help for what stays, what goes and what gets donated
- Beds assembled and made, essentials unpacked first
- Coordination with senior communities and their move-in rules
- Donation and haul away arranged for what is not coming
Digital Move Assistant & Utility Concierge
Free with every estimate: utilities compared for your new ZIP, plus a settling-in guide to the neighborhood.
Moving is the truck and the boxes, and then it is two weeks of small errands: who supplies electricity at the new address, where the internet is actually fast, which pharmacy is open late, where the DMV is. If you opt in, we put that together for your destination ZIP and send it a few days before the move, with a settling-in follow-up after. It is free, it is optional, and you can stop it any time.
What is included
- Electric, gas, water, internet and trash for the destination ZIP, compared side by side
- USPS mail forwarding and an address-change checklist (banks, insurance, subscriptions, employer)
- DMV and voter registration for the new address
- Groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, urgent care, gyms, auto shops, parks and schools nearby
- Arrives by email about three days before the move, with a follow-up after; by text as well if you choose
How pricing works.
Every estimate is free and in writing, built from your home, what is moving and the date you pick. Moves, packing days and loading help inside Minnesota are priced on the crew's time with the truck, with a minimum, and the drive between your homes is part of that time. A travel fee, set by the distance from our yard, and a fuel surcharge each have their own line. Storage between moves is billed by the month, with handling in and out.
On move day you pay for the hours actually worked, at the quoted rate. Everything else stays as quoted, and anything you add is put in writing for you to sign first. Extras such as Full Value Protection are added only if you choose them. A card surcharge applies to credit cards only, never to debit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, cash or checks.
How much you are moving
More rooms and more furniture take more crew time, and a big home may need a bigger crew or a second truck.
How much we pack
A home that is boxed and ready loads fast. If we pack for you, the packing time is added and the boxes and supplies are listed item by item. A packing day before the move is priced like a move.
Stairs, elevators and the walk to the truck
Stairs, a shared elevator or a long walk from where the truck parks add time to every trip, and your estimate allows for it.
Heavy and specialty items
Pianos, safes, hot tubs, grandfather clocks and art need their own equipment and crew, so each has its own line on your estimate.
How far you are moving
The travel fee is set by the distance from our yard and the fuel surcharge by the miles driven; the drive between your homes is crew time.
The day of the week
Fridays and Saturdays are the most requested days and carry a higher hourly rate and a longer minimum. A weekday date costs less.
