Rogers City Code bans parking on any street between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 through March 31, and the city says vehicles found on a city street during those hours will be issued a citation and may be towed. The city asks residents not to park in the street during a snow event, and when the National Weather Service forecasts 5 or more inches, the public works superintendent may announce a 48 hour ban on residential street parking that starts at least four hours after the announcement. Commercial trucks may park in a public alley only as long as needed to load or unload, and for no more than 30 minutes.
