The condo buildings here almost all require a certificate of insurance and a reserved elevator, and some limit moves to weekday hours. On the east side the older ramblers have tight basement stairs, so large furniture going down is a two person carry on end.

Cars parked on the street during a parking ban may be towed, and year round no vehicle may stay on the street for more than 24 consecutive hours. The Engineering Division takes Temporary On-Street Parking requests online, which must be submitted at least two business days before the requested time, and it approves parking for one month at a time.
