Digital Move Assistant & Utility Concierge Terms

1. What the service is

1.1 The Digital Move Assistant & Utility Concierge ("the Program") is a free, optional information service for people who have asked MileWay Moving And Storage ("MileWay", "we") for a moving estimate: a utility comparison for your destination ZIP and a neighborhood guide, both built from public information.

1.2 It arrives by email, and by text only with the separate consent in section 4. It is not part of your move or estimate, and declining it or unsubscribing does not change the price or terms of your move.

2. Free; no compensation; no endorsements

2.1 We are not paid by any provider we mention. MileWay receives no referral fee, commission or other compensation for listing anyone in your guide, and will say so plainly in the guide if that ever changes.

2.2 Nothing in the Program is an endorsement, recommendation or ranking; providers are listed because they appear to serve your destination area.

3. Suggestions only; no warranty; no liability for providers

3.1 The Program is general information from public sources when the guide is prepared, not advice tailored to you. Prices, plans and availability belong to the providers, change without notice and are not verified by us, so confirm with the provider before you sign up.

3.2 Your relationship with any provider is yours alone. MileWay is not a party to it and is not responsible for anything a provider does or fails to do.

3.3 THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILEWAY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO $100, AND MILEWAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law, or MileWay's obligations under your Moving Services Agreement, which is a separate contract.

4. Consent and how to opt out

4.1 Email. You join only by choosing the Program on the estimate form; nothing is pre-selected, it is never required for an estimate or a move, and we keep a record of your consent.

4.2 Text (optional, separate). Choosing Text is your express written consent to automated Program texts at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, frequency is up to 4 texts per month, and message and data rates may apply. We text the guide only to a number that also gave us texting consent on our estimate form; if texting is ever unavailable, anyone who chose Both still gets the guide by email.

4.3 Opting out. Use the unsubscribe link in any Program email, reply STOP to any Program text (HELP for help), or email info@hiremileway.com; we honor it within 10 business days. Opting out stops the guide only; messages about your own estimate and move continue.

5. Data we use

We use your destination ZIP, move date, name, email address and, with text consent, your mobile number, only to prepare and deliver the guide and keep the consent records the law requires. We do not sell it or share it with any provider, and we do not enroll you in anything. Program messages go through our email and text-message providers, which act as our processors under our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes; governing law

We may change, pause or end the Program at any time and will post any change to these terms with a new date. Minnesota law governs these terms. Disputes about the Program follow the dispute-resolution terms of your Moving Services Agreement if you have one, and otherwise go to the courts of Anoka County, Minnesota.
